The auto update function is broken so you will need to update manually.
1. Download the file and extract
2. Copy cod4-client-manualinstall_21.1 to your game directory
3. Run install.cmd from inside cod4-client-manualinstall_21.1
4. Rejoin nVts servers by typing /connect 51.89.248.125:28960 into your console.
