Hi, sorry to bother you. First of all, thanks for your support trying to solve my issue. Unfortunately I just tried to play on UK all maps server after your message of permanent ban reversed. After few minutes I got kicked again showing the same "old" GUID. I think somehow the server links the GUID to my hardware. Just to complete all information, both times, with retail copy and steam copy I first uninstalled, then cleaned with revo uninstaller, and finally reinstalled the game. The cd key shown in game is matching with the one that I can see from game properties on steam. Dunno what to do more :(
